Tomato gazpacho, basil oilCrayfish salad and pesto dressing

Pressed local Pork terrine, apple puree and seasonal leaves

Pan roasted chicken breast, mash potato, green beans, Chorizo and chive butter

Wild mushrooms &  spinach risotto, truffle oil
